I need your help...

I've decided to enter the Scholastic Novel Writing Contest ([link])!
The information on the link I posted above is from the 2009 contest, but my submission will probably be due in March.
Although it's NATIONAL and PRESTIGIOUS, I do realize that it's only three to five chapters, or 15 to 50 pages. So I can just polish my first few chapters within an inch of their lives and rewrite and rewrite and rewrite and rewrite until I have something worthy of submission.
Of course, I will need EDITORS and people to tell me whether my novel truly sucks or not. I want HONESTY. Nice honesty, but honesty nonetheless. Another thing I want someone for is something I always neglect: grammar.
I always pay no heed to anything grammatical in nature, considering I'm a human spelling/grammar check. But I am afflicted with the occasional run-on sentence and usually write very long sentences that don't always make sense.
I also need help choosing which of my (many) novels to write for this contest. This doesn't necessarily have to be the one I'm going to pursue after this, although it probably will be.
Choices (in order of my own preference):
1. Steampunk novel (Tentatively titled "Electus")
2. Alternate history novel (Hitler wins WW2 and slavery is never abolished, aka the world sucks)
3. Pandora's Box (only with a better title and more of a plot)
4. Paint REVISED! (This is NOT Paint. I was thinking of writing a deep philosophical piece from the point of view of a gay guy who happens to be my protagonist from this novel. NONE OF THE SEX.)

PLEASE do not vote for Journey or Solaris. Both of those novels were terrible for various reasons and no one deserves the torture of reading them. Especially Journey.
